These terms are governed by the laws of ZIMBABWE. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or courts within the jurisdiction of ZIMBABWE.

We may use Firebase (or other services) to store and authenticate user data securely. These third-party services comply with industry security standards.

Account Deletion Policy
If you wish to delete your NexusPOS account and associated data, please follow the steps below:
How to Request Account Deletion
- Contact our support team via WhatsApp at +263 783 556 354.
- Provide your account details (email or phone number) for verification.
- Our team will process your request within 7 business days and confirm via WhatsApp.
What Data is Deleted?
- Your account and personal details (email, business name, and phone number).
- All associated transaction data will be permanently removed.
- Employee data linked to your account will also be deleted.
Data Retention
For legal and accounting purposes, some records may be retained for up to 90 days before being permanently erased.
